Popsicle # 16 Dark and Stormy SNAP Style
(ginger beer and SNAP!)
With dreams of popsicle potential in mind, I was super excited to try Art in the Age’s new ginger liquor, SNAP. It is based on a local Pennsylvania Dutch recipe and comes in a pretty bottle.
To keep it simple, I did a basic dark and stormy cocktail combo but the results were too strong to eat in pop form. Most of the popsicles didn’t freeze hard enough to be pulled out of the mold. I have seen popsicle recipes for boozy popsicles before but I must have gotten the proportions wrong.
I have not given up hope for SNAP’s popsicle future since SNAP by itself is quite delicious. Got any suggestions?
